Since 1999, We, Precise Automation & Control (P) Ltd are specializing in  PLC, DCS, VFD control system design involving, instrumentation and electronic drives. We design, specify and program all systems, in house. The majority of our work is control systems for special purpose machines or machinery renovation project with Equipment & machine manufacturers & End users for Industrial Automation.

Our Proprietor, Mr. Darshak Sheth, started this organization in 1999 with his excellent caliber & highly technical expertise. Mr. Darshak Sheth, Chairman of the Company has Graduated from Marathwada University with Industrial Electronics Engineering in the year 1994 and has completed formal Leadership Training program on Management from premium Institute. He Started his career with Indian Marketing Corporation (Siemens System Integrators) Vadodara as Project Engineer. At the age of 24 in 1998 he founded Precise Control Systems to work as Service Franchise of Siemens. He was actively involved in providing technical support services for Siemens products related to Industrial Automation and Electrical (PLC, AC/DC Drives, Switchgear, SCADA, etc).

In the year 1999, He incorporated Precise process Control which started working with Fortune Global 500 Company ABB Limited by associated as their Channel Partner for Gujarat region, after that in 2007 Precise Automation and Control Private Limited was incorporated. He is a member of MSME committee of Federation of Small and Medium Scale Industries (Vadodara).
