•  We have set multiple recipes program in  weighing controllers with fine coarse and gate operation.
•  We have developed multiple recipe cycle, set points & other read data logic in ABB plc interfaced with weighing controller with serial communication.
• We have done sequence operation for discharge gate.
•  We have installed & configured RIO panel and configured in existing system.
• We have set protection interlocks for batching system.
• For company audit & records, we have generated Sap crystal report for all recipes.
• We have developed Graphics in SCADA & HMI for above all mentioned works.
